Christian Holstad lives and works in New York. His work has been exhibited at Artissima (Italy), Ca’Foscari University of Venice, Andrew Kreps Gallery (NY), Museum of Contemporary Art (CA), Serpentine Gallery (United Kingdom), Schmidt & Handrup (Germany), among others. He has been featured in four exhibition catalogs: I Confess, produced by Galleria Civica di Modena (Italy); The Terms of Endearment, produced by Museum of Contemporary Art, Miami; Collage: The Unmonumental Picture, produced by New Museum (NY); and Biennale d’art contemporain de Lyon (France). He holds a BFA from Kansas City Art Institute. Holstad is represented by Andrew Kreps Gallery.
