Plaster Mold Making and Clay Play (Festival Green activity tent) 
Engage your creativity in some hands-on fun.

Clay Play Landscapes (Festival Green activity tent) 
Drawing inspiration from the Arts/Industry artists in the Work in Progress exhibitions series, create a mixed-media clay landscape. Use colored sand, stones, and natural materials to embellish your one-of-a-kind creation! This project is suitable for all ages. 

Plaster Mold Making  (Festival Green activity tent) 
Inspired by Arts/Industry artist David Franklin, select a silicone fish mold and pour your own plaster fish! Use watercolor paints to enhance your plaster fish details. This project is suitable for all ages. 

Foundry in a Box (Social STUDIO inside the Arts Center) 
Try your hand at casting with tin in the Foundry in a Box workshop. 

Work with Artist Justin Favela (Workplace gallery inside the Arts Center)  
Join Justin Favela, an alumnus of the Arts/Industry residency at Kohler Co. factory, in creating a large-scale installation resembling nachos. We will be working on larger-than-life toppings such as tomatoes, cheese, jalapenos, chips, and more created using cartonería techniques. Cartonería is a traditional Mexican technique of building structures with paper-mâché.

We invite you to connect with community, artists, and the world around us through the current Arts Center theme, Work in Progress. Celebrating 50 years of the Arts/Industry residency program, the exhibitions honor and examine the impact the program has had on hundreds of artists and countless Kohler Co. associates, as well as the value artists bring to industrial environments.
