Katie Brennan

Katie Brennan is a Manitowoc native. She began her dance studies under Jean Wolfmeyer at the age of eight. She engaged in rigorous studies of all genres of technique with Milwaukee Ballet, Boston Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, and Virginia School of the Arts in Lynchburg, Virginia.

When Brennan returned to Wisconsin, she enrolled in the dance program at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and graduated with a BFA in dance. She taught dance in the Milwaukee school system before returning to Manitowoc, where she now teaches creative movement at the Jean Wolfmeyer School of Dance. She also teaches all styles of dance at Étude Elementary in the Sheboygan Area School District. She looks forward to sharing her dance knowledge and enthusiasm while introducing and enriching young students’ lives in the world of dance.
