Ian Henderson is a builder, tinkerer, and studio artist who currently lives and works in Providence, Rhode Island. He earned a BA in Contemporary U.S. History from Brown University and completed the two year Core Fellowship at Penland School of Crafts in Penland, North Carolina. Working primarily with clay and metal, Ian uses traditional craft processes – from slip-casting to jewelry techniques – to make objects with a contemporary feel.
