Keith Jackson

Keith Jackson lives and works in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Working as a general contractor for most of his life, Jackson began self-identifying as an artist and devoting his full time to his painting practice in the last few years. In that time, Jackson completed the renowned Skowhegan Residency (2022); had a solo exhibition at Steven Zevitas in Boston, Massachusets (2021); and participated in group exhibitions at Harper’s Los Angeles, California (2022); and Red Arrow Gallery in Nashville, Tennessee (2024). In brightly hued oil paint applied either on canvas or linen, Jackson’s figurative paintings capture the memories of his childhood and family history in Essex, Missouri.
