Will Pergl

Will Pergl is a multidisciplinary artist and educator based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received an MFA from Cornell University and a BFA from Southern Illinois University. His interests are focused on dematerializing solid objects that have already become ideas and giving physical form to invisible aspects of our culture. Pergl’s sculpture, video, and drawing have been shown in over twenty solo and thirty group exhibitions nationally and internationally. Venues include the John Michael Kohler Arts Center; Appalachian Center for Craft in Tennessee; a sitespecific installation at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC; Bellevue Arts Museum in Washington; and Tate Modern, London, England. His work has been reviewed in Sculpturemagazine, Art Papers, Artnet Magazine, and Dialogue.
