Larry Pratt

Larry Pratt is from Ashland, Wisconsin, on the shore of Lake Superior. He worked at Kohler Co. for 45 years. For 16 years his workstation was located across from the Arts/Industry Foundry studio, where he helped the artists-in-residents. For over 20 years he has volunteered at the JMKAC Midsummer Festival of the Arts in the activities tent. He studied commercial art at Milwaukee Area Technical College. He is mostly a self-taught artist using the motto of “Making something with nothing.” He cites his most important achievement as making people smile and laugh through his art.
