Elaine Scheer

Elaine Scheer is an artist and educator who works in a variety of media. Scheer’s practice reflects her belief that working with art mediums should be a reflection of the artist. She teaches at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has received an artist fellowship from the Wisconsin State Arts Board; a Small Projects award from Inter-Arts of Marin, San Anselmo, California; and a residency fellowship from Mary Anderson Center for Art, St. Francis, Indiana.
