The John Michael Kohler Arts Center collaborates with Youth Agency Network (YAN) in developing programs. YAN is a collection of youth-serving agencies within Sheboygan County that includes the Arts Center, Boys & Girls Club of Sheboygan County, Runaway and Youth Services (RAYS), Mead Public Library, Safe Harbor, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Horizons4Girls, and 4–H.
