Artist in residence Shae Bishop and his serpent sidekick Rodeo will make an appearance at this SPARK! session, where we will learn more about Bishop’s artistic practice and his sources of inspiration. Have no fear—Rodeo the bull snake is very friendly!
SPARK! is a creative engagement program for people with memory loss and their caregivers. It is free to attend, and the activities differ each month. A session typically begins with a visit to one of the Arts Center’s exhibitions, followed by a hands-on activity or art project in the Social Studio. SPARK! is a safe environment in which people can be themselves and let their imaginations roam freely.
