Artists entering the factory are often greeted by experienced Kohler Co. associates who know the ins and outs of production. Jerry Toerpe has worked with artists and makers in the Pottery for fifty years as a Kohler associate and carpenter. Hear how Toerpe developed unique casting equipment and tools that Kohler associates, and artists, use to this day.
