Guests will have a front row seat to the same process Arts/Industry residents use in the Kohler Co. Foundry—employing resin-bonded sand molds and molten metal to create beautiful works of art!
Participate in a hands-on activity inspired by Martha Poggioli’s (Foundry ‘20 & ‘24) creative process.
David Ross Harper (Pottery, ’12 & ’14) will discuss his series of mask-like forms titled A Fear of Unknown Origin.
Hear how Jerry Toerpe developed unique casting equipment and tools that Kohler associates, and artists, use to this day.
