Featuring ten dancers, this reimagining of Italo Calvino’s metaphysical novel interweaves cultural perspectives through a dynamic group of lead artists who work in different movement styles—Ashwini Ramaswamy with Ranee Ramaswamy and Aparna Ramaswamy (Bharatanatyam), Berit Ahlgren (Gaga), Alanna Morris (Modern/Afro Diasporic), Joseph Tran (Breaking)—and visual artist Kevork Mourad.
Experience new exhibitions. Enjoy hands-on art making. Connect with current and past Arts/Industry artists. Festivities will also include entertainment, demonstrations, and conversation.

David Ross Harper (Pottery, ’12 & ’14) will discuss his series of mask-like forms titled A Fear of Unknown Origin.
Hear how Jerry Toerpe developed unique casting equipment and tools that Kohler associates, and artists, use to this day.
Artist Tom Uebelherr (Foundry, 1993) will discuss his work, Pink Barrel Stove, and the story behind each detail.
Join Pottery technician and artist, Nicole Woodard, as she demonstrates the slip casting techniques used by Arts/Industry artists in the Kohler Co. factory.
Lily Cox-Richard will share her process, inspiration, and how the Sandy Sachse Gratitude Fountain was created in the Kohler factory.
BRKFST Dance Company presents two wildly different works: Wisconsin premiere of STORMCLUTTER, with composition by BRKFST member Renée Copeland, and a restaging of Dancers, Dreamers and Presidents by composer Daniel Bernard Roumain.
