Magnified: Art Through the Eyes of Youth
Curated by students from Sheboygan North High School National Art Honor Society, Magnified: Art Through the Eyes of Youth showcases works created in the Exhibition Artists-in-Residence (ExAIR) Outreach program.
ExAIR Outreach connected artists Maggie Sasso and Sarah Luther with area schools during the second half of the school year. The students learned about the artists’ art practices and created their own work in response to the ideas and techniques shared by the ExAIR artists.
Schools represented include Sheboygan South High School, Sheboygan North High School, Oostburg High School, Étude High School, and Riverview Middle School.
The Exhibition-Artists-in-Residence (ExAIR) program is supported in part by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Frederic Cornell Kohler Charitable Trust. Additional funding for ExAIR outreach was provided by Kohler Foundation, Inc., and 5 Purple Oranges.
