Being/With

The John Michael Kohler Arts Center looks forward to continuing its partnership with Nichole Canuso Dance Company (NCDC) as we explore collaboration opportunities in 2023/2024.

In 2021 we offered an online residency and presentation of Being/With: Home. For that residency, Nichole Canuso Dance Company guided twenty duets and four workshops engaging with more than eighty participants from near and far. Read more about Being/With:Home.

We welcomed Nichole back (in person!) as a guest artist in the Social STUDIO tent during the 2022 Levitt AMP Sheboygan Music Series. Nichole engaged with the Sheboygan community in a variety of ways both to deepen her understanding of our residents and to encourage participants to explore her work, contribute to her process, and to respond to prompts rooted in the theme of embodiment.
